We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible, most will ship with in 10 business days. You will be emailed a tracking # from UPS or the US Postal service so you can track your packege. In the event that we are out of stock on an item you will be notified and given the option of waiting , moving to a different item, or a refund.

We combine shipping on multiple item purchases and some items ship FREE with the purchase of selected items.

We ship Worldwide to all countries, we accept Pay Pal, all major credit cards, Money orders, Personal checks (14 day delay in shipping for funds to clear), and Western union wire Tranfer.

Every item purchased from Gear Up Helmets comes with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we will work with you to make it right!

All returns must be Approved and an RGA# issued and be postmarked no later than 15 days from date recieved. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via ground UPS, Fed EX, or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Please package item to protect it during shipment.

Returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please notify us via email or by phone. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

If the package was damaged in shipment or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please contact us before returning your item. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the maufacturer for replacement or repair.

If we made a mistake on your order, we will refund your return surface shipping (we will refund ground/parcel post freight only. NO OVERNIGHT OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING WILL BE REIMBURSED) will be reimbursed.

The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
